I liked it so much I bought a bunch of them and gave them away. I still have one on the side of my fridge, and I've adopted it as my .signature in all my adjunct instructor email accounts.
What I like about it is that it's a nice reminder that we should surround ourselves with positive people.
Like the Groucho Marx quote about being funny: Hang out with funny people.
The same holds true about other relationships you have.
If you want to be happy, hang out with happy people!
If your work environment is filled with disenfranchised and demoralized people, its time to find greener pastures. Or if you can't find that, look for someplace that is less brown. I still recommend
